I just bought my new GPU "Sapphire R7 200 series (AMD radeon chipset)" and when i installed it/turned on my pc this happened?

As you can see in the screen.. I can't see red/orange/green and some other colors.. but only white/black/yellow/gold/grey etc..

1)Something related with my power supply
2)Something wrong with my Monitor(It's too old LCD73V and it's not supporting my GPU)?
3)Something with pc system?
4)Something related with Device control Panel or ??

I tried to install drivers from amd site and not from cd...
I checked all the Calatyst control center settings and i can't find anything?

So i want your help guys.

could be your monitor or your graphics card, have you tried unplugging the graphics card and plugging your monitor directly into the motherboard?
it could also be your display settings. have you tried different themes or display profiles?

GPU is new so it's impossible to have any problem..What r u saying about plugging my monitor directly into my motherboard..How to do that without GPU?
Well i've checked all these settings and nothing happened...

It is possible that you got a defective Graphics card, even if its brand new.
Does your motherboard have any ports to plug the monitor in? if so you can remove the GPU from your system and plug the monitor into the port on the motherboard, then see if you have the same color problem. if the colors look normal when you do this then the problem is with your GPU.

Your system is not in English, is it? Because if the locale has changed when you installed a new GPU, then it's very weird.
If you have any old GPU laying around, try it in, you'll know if you have a problem with your motherboard port or this specific card.
If the colours look normal on the other card, then either this card is defective, or was not installed properly.
Did you install latest AMD drivers?
Weirdest thing is that the Google logo is correct.
Also, the Toms Hardware looks kinda cool in blue :)

I plugged my monitor on the motherboard and all these colors came out normally on my screen. So it's sure that this card is defective or something else?
Maybe GPU is not recognized/supported from my system/monitor?

Yes it sounds very much like you have a bad card. you said the monitor is fairly old, it is unlikely that the GPU wouldnt support it. and even then, you are more likely to experience problems with resolution rather then a single missing color. I would get an RMA for the card and hopefully when the new one arrives, it fixes the problem.

Well I talked with the shop that i bought it and they said that they will return this on the company and they will get me a new one...So if i pick the new one and it's still the same problem then it's my Monitor?

more then likely.

However you said that you plugged the monitor into the motherboard video and your colors were fine. that would mean that the monitor is not the issue.

1)But Maybe my 10 years old LCD73V Monitor doesn't support this gpu?
2)Maybe My Power Supply (It's 300Watts) doesn't support this GPU?(I think it is 400Watts)
3)Maybe this Motherboard(945GM-S2) doesn't rightly supports this GPU?
