For what mobo/cpu combo? Some sticks work better with certain platforms than others

Without the CPU don't know what all freqs you can run, With a K model up to 2133/9 is a safe bet, else in a non-K CPU stick to 1600/9, With that mobo I'd go with either the GSkill Ripjaws X or their Sniper line of DRAM

With your CPU you can go about anything, 2400 and up will prob require a OC of the CPU

If strictly gaming I'd go 1866/8 or 9 for heavier work type apps look at 2133/9 or 2400/10 and in the Tridents or Snipers
