you could go with the nzxt phantom tower case. mid tower and only $100 so well within your budget. you can attatch led fans with the money you saved form your budget. i believe it should have no problem fitting your mobo, but i would make sure. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

yeah, the cm storm is a really good lan case especially because of its strenght in the handle, it makes it much easier and safer to carry despite the mid tower size, and it great front on the thermaltake allows for a wind tunnel airflow with all three fans in the front of the case being used. I am glad i could provide advice, there are other fantastic thermaltake cases that look awesome, i will try to find them for you

it will all fit but the ram is too high voltage. i would go with another kind of ram. here is your build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hDPh23

this is the ram i would get. it is an excellent ram set. it is more expensive but you get quality for what you pay for http://pcpartpicker.com/p/X2XdMp

you did not mention an aftermarket heatsink, so i would not know about that.

I built a similar system just a couple weeks ago and I decided to try the Coolermaster HAF XB EVO case. It's a bit of a departure from the standard mid or full tower case, it's more like a cube, but I have to tell you it was a pleasure to work with, and it's a very nice case. Check it out.

just make sure the voltage not too high for your build! i would not want to see your new system get messed up. i would go with the 1866 mhz in the lower link to be safe. it will still perform very well. please remember to pick best solution if you have the time.
