I need my PC Rated, im considering building a mini itx computer, it needs to be cheap.
i have tried to make it a quitet as i can

So far i have come up with the following components:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258(20th aniversary edition)
MOBO: Asus H81I-PLUS
Case: Silverstone Sugo SG05B 300W
SC: Zotac GeForce GTX 750 1GB ZONE(passive cooling)
CPU cooling: ive considered a h60, or a Noctua NH-L12 without the top fan, as this will be too large(maximum 82mm height)

Will all of this fit? anything i have forgotten? RAM i already have(8gb)

Sorry about english, not first language

The front fan is fine, it's audible but I simply used the motherboard to reduce it's speed down to 800RPM. By far and away the noisiest fan is in the power supply, it's fine at idle but when gaming it gets very noticeable. It's only got an 80mm fan (because that's all that will fit in an SFX power supply) and so it needs to spin quickly to keep the supply cool when under heavy load.

You could also consider the Coolermaster Elite 110. It supports full sized power supplies, not just SFX, which would mean that potentially it can be a lot quieter. However it's very restricted on the length of graphics card that you can fit in there. I would imagine a Geforce 750 would be fine, but you'll need to check measurements.

You have to remove all...

I can guarantee that the Antec Kuhler 620 water cooler will fit, however you have to remove all of the drive bays to get the radiator in there. 3.5" harddrives aren't going to fit in this case, the case specifications say you can get one in there, forget about it, they are way too big. You can still fit plenty of 2.5" harddrives / SSDs in the case, you just have to attach them to the sides of the case wherever and however you can. I used a 250Gb Samsung 840 and 1Tb Samsung laptop harddrive for storage.

On the Antec kuhler I had the fan speed dialed right down to 800RPM and it was essentially silent, but still kept the processor (i5 3330S) under 60 degrees even under 100% load.

Would you say that shis is the best option for me? How loud is the case? should i replace the front fan?

shame about the 3,5" bays not really fitting. can i put a drive where the optical drive would go or is this too slim?

You have to remove all the drive bays, including the optical drive bay, to get the radiator to fit. There is room on the floor of the case, inbetween the radiator and motherboard to fit one drive. I simply used velcro to attach a drive there. You can also attach drives to the support struts of the case if you are creative. here's photos of my SG05 with 2 x 2.5" drives screwed to the top of the case (FYI that's a Coolermaster Elite 130 on the left):

The Coolermaster 110 and Sugo SG05 are about the same size and are as small as you can go, at least as far as I am aware. Smaller cases are available but will only fit half height graphics cards and that severly limits you.

I also own a Coolermaster 130 that fits both long graphics cards and a full size PSU but it's also significantly longer than the the Sugo SG05.

Silverstone are about to launch a new type of SFX power supply, I'm keeping a careful eye on it as it looks perfect for users such as ourselves. it's an SFX power supply, but slightly longer than usual so it can fit in a 120mm fan, they call it SFX-L. The bigger fan makes it much, much quieter. It's actually semi-passive, at low loads the fan does not spin at all. The Sugo SG05 with the Silverstone SFX500LG looks like it could be the perfect combination: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/147402-silverstone-will-launch-new-psus-with-a-new-form-factor-called-sfx-l/

I love Mini ITX, it's such a great feeling getting full sized ATX power/performance down into something so small.

SSD? I managed to pick up an Intel 520 180Gb SSD on Ebay second hand for £50 a few weeks back, for a light gaming rig that's actually plenty of space and it performs really well.

Oh, and velcro cable ties. Buy velcro cable ties. You'll thank me!

The 130 is a much, much better case, it's to be expected though, it's also quite a lot bigger. The 130 has room for a 3.5" drive and 2 x 2.5" drives, an optical drive, a full size ATX power supply and a water cooler all at the same time without any modification required. If you have room for the 130, go for that.

The Coolermaster 110 or the Silverstone Sugo SG05 are all about getting as much performance into the smallest possible space. if you don't need your PC to be as absolutely tiny as possible, the 130 is a better choice.

My only criticism of the 130 is that it has an 80mm fan on the side that's really, really noisy. I bought one of these to quieten it down: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Zalman-RC56-7V-Noiseless-Resistor-Cable-ZM-RC56-/181449522738?_trksid=p2054897.l4275

Ha ha well I don't have the Silverstone case any more, I sold it and upgraded to the 130. But I have 2 PCs and 2 laptops, which is entirely unnecessary, but then I do work in IT and so I'm always building or upgrading or refurbishing some piece of IT equipment. My wife isn't happy with me!

I'm actually looking at 7950s at the moment. I have a 7850 and it's struggling with some games and the 7950 has dropped right down in price recently, I've seen several used ones on Ebay for around £100.
