Hello and if i may start i'm only new at this site though i've heard news about this and how friendly the community is on technical PC stuff. I need some opinions on how can i "squeeze" out from my current setup without the risky Overclocking and i'm pretty bad when it comes to hardware related stuff since i'm currently studying and had little time to fiddle around with my PC unless it's holidays / something like that.

My setup:
Mobo : MSI B85M-P33 3rd Gen. OC Genie 4 - OC Disabled
GPU : Powercolor / AMD Radeon HD 7750 2GB 128-bit - OC Disabled
CPU : Intel I-5 4440 3.1Ghz - OC Disabled
RAM : Kignston HyperX blu 16GB
Storage : Toshiba 1TB SATA HDD
PowerSupply : Antec VP 450 - 450W
Chasis : ENERMAX Black - Stock Front Fan non-LED

Stock Sound Card and HSF.
3rd Party accessories : 2pcs. Coolmaster 120mm Xcissor Blue LED fans mounted on the side panel.

-So far I've only done small performance tweaks mostly on games to have more FPS and stable gameplay, With ini edits, MODS, some tweaking and tinkering with Windows there and that and so far i only got to a certain point where i installed some MSI utilities and applications that monitors, tweaks and displays your computer's overall description and this is what I've done so far:

Mobo : tuned fans from stock RPM to 2,400-3,000rpm, enabled fastboot via MSI fastboot program.
CPU : Turbo boost is ON by default with on idle state makes my 3.1Ghz into 3.3 - 3.4Ghz, adjusted it to 3.6Ghz.
GPU : disabled on CCC all AA, AF, OpenGL, VSync(application option varies) for more FPS,
Filterings are selected to be "Optimized or Performance" for more FPS and stability on Games.
RAM & HDD : not touched.
OS : disabled some startup events by installed applications to improve system performance.
Maintainance : Puran Utilities - daily registry & junk file cleaned, weekly hardware cleaning and System maintenance.

Games Installed :
Skyrim - Heavily Modded
GTA IV - Heavily Modded
FarCry 3
Silent Hill 3
Minecraft
Outlast
Walking Dead S1
Dark Souls 1

1st of all Skyrim, GTA, Walking Dead, Darksouls & Minecraft can run on 60+FPS on vanilla"Default" setup but as i start modding GTA & SkyrimSpecifically Visuals, patches and Performance booster my FPS dropped to only GTA 4 - 10-20FPS on ICEnhancers and HD retex., Skyrim - 30-60FPS with Mem. Patch and 2K HD retextures and Script mods.

Farcry3 - Custom settings medium & High - 21-23FPS, Vsync : 1 frame / off - 30-40FPS.
Outlast - All high - 40-60FPS

Aside from the Component's stock features i want to know what more can i do to improve my System performance and gaming performance specially on those component demanding games.

Solution
Your graphics card is very modest even if it is a GDDR5 version. If it is DDR3, I'm more inclined to call it an abomination.
You will see some improvement if you use CCC or MSI's Afterburner to overclock your graphics card. As long as you don't increase voltage, this is safe.
The best thing you can do for your system is to upgrade the graphics card. Your PSU is sufficient for any card needing only a single 6-pin PCIe power cable. Do you have a budget for an upgrade? Even a R7 260 would be significant.
You could enable the OC on your Card, did you do that? It makes your card clock speed go faster so that helps in games to. Other than that I really can't see anything else you could do o-o. Besides Upping your card's speed, but I would suggest going for a R7 265 to R9 270X.

yes i have a DDR3 GPU so it's safe to say it's an Abomination since there's not much power in it and it's only entry level GPU with an old driver and chipset installed, i only updated the driver so i could get more Performance out of it. I'm planning on buying MSI GTX 760 2GB/4GB OC or an alternative 750Ti / R7 270/280x since most AMD GPUs' are cheaper. And while i do want to use afterburner and CCC's OC function i'm more worried about the cooling even though i've already installed 2 3rd party fans to compensate for the PC's room environment which is dusty and has a min. room temp of 33-38C. But i'll try your advise :)

thank you for the reply and yes i did turned on AMD's OC funtction via CCC without fiddling with the voltage, test runned it for 8hrs with maximum graphics on GTA 4, Farcry3, Outlast & Skyrim with heavy Sweetfx & other graphic mods with Vsync on via game inis'. GTA,Farcry & Outlast both show an increase of 5-10FPS on most cases while Skyrim skyrocketed on 60+FPS even on heavy demanding HD retex with some minor freezing and Script Lag. my best bet for an upgrade is an MSI gaming series Nvidia GTX 700 series with 2GB or 4GB of VRAM, but if it's budget i'm considering for AMD R7 270 / 260 / 270x since it's cheaper than most Nvidia with 3rd party upgrades. Thank you for the advise :)
