Depends on what your point of view is.
The first PC has a low end processor, and high end graphics card.
The second PC has a mid-high end processor and mid-end graphics card.
I'd recommend the second.

I would like to BF4 better, i have the 2 now, but i can only play in medium/high.

Does the PC with the i5 have a 500W or lower power supply?
Then I don't recommend, but otherwise you could put the 670 in this PC for both better framerates and higher CPU power.

Battlefield 4 is a CPU bound game. You'll need a good CPU to play it on good settings.
