This will be my first build.
Maximus vii hero
i5 4690k
Asus gtx 760
4-8 th ram
H105.
But I don't know much about psu's
I was thinking about the cooler master v650s.
I have friends who had bad experience with cm's psu's ,so I'm scared.
Also what's the diffrence between v650 ans v650s?
Also I calculated the power I would require and it was about ~550[I may be wrong].
Should I get a 700-750w psu just to be safe.

A SeaSonic S12II or M12II (for better cable management) would be ideal choice for quality/ money invested. A great PSU and more than enough wattage for the system :)

Rosewill Hive and XFX are also some good budget power supplies that maintain good quality.

650w is more than enough for what you have. CM power supply's are all luck of the draw if it's not a higher end unit. Some are good, some are mediocre. If you want a good, long lasting unit I'd check out Antec, Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic, or XFX
