Retrieving Outlook 2010 email from a hard drive

Hi, my hard drive went into a boot loop stopping me from starting my PC from this hard drive.
My real loss is my emails which are in Outlook 2010 (possibly outlook 2007). As I can still read the old drive is it possible to copy anything from my old C drive so I can get back my email?

PC was running Win 8.1
I did not create a PST file
Outlook version 2010, possibly 2007

You do not create a .pst it is automatically generated. If you can attach the drive to another computer, you will have to change you folder options to show all files including system and hidden. The file is called outlook.pst and is located in c:\users\your account\app data\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. It contains all of your email,contacts and calander. Good luck!
