Connecting EX-05 to Xbox one

I didn't find a place more specific for this thread, anyways.

I have the EX-05 wired headset and I just got myself an Xbox one, I can't figure out how to connect them tho. Do I need some adapter or something?
I have just a very basic monitor, so the sound is really bad, I'd really love it if someone could help me with this.

My appolgies, my brain just read XBOX and was in XBOX 360 mode.

The XBOX One does not natively support it,
You will need this adapter to give a 3.5mm jack: http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-One-Stereo-Headset-Adapter/dp/B00IAVDOS6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1410971820&sr=8-2&keywords=xbox+one+3.5mm+adapter
Then you can get this to convert your headsets RCA plugs to a 3.5mm jack:

Sadly, the last of those can only be bought in the US it seems.

I tried with a jack 2.5 with 3.5 jack but still the mic does not work although , I have used a converter digital to a analog so I can connect to sound bar with a jack that worked however if anyone does know best way forward without Binning the headset I also would be privileged to know result earphones work it's just the mic
