Is This Going to be Money Well Spent

So, just looking for some insight before I buy a custom PC, the part list is as followed. If you could tell me what is good, what is bad, and what can be replaced for less, that would be awesome, thanks!

HDD - Go with seagate, newegg has 2TB seagate drives for 89.99, frequently on sale for 5 or 10 bucks off.
Everything else looks fine, keep in mind this isn't going to be busting out games at maxxed out settings, you'll be looking at medium to high for sure though. I say go for it.

Thank you so much guys, I appreciate the support and feed back, I think I will go with the drive you suggested. I know that this build won't be playing games on ultra, but I don't need it to. I just need the thing to last a long time with year inspections and part replacements.

I have a few more questions though I'm not sure if I can ask them here, or start a new thread. I think to reduce the amount of new threads being posted I should ask then in this one.

Are there any other essential parts that I need? And if so what are they? I think I have the bare essentials, but I probably forgot something.

Looks good, but if you're gonna be gaming, I'd run a cable to wherever you're setting up instead of using WiFi.

Sadly, I will be upstairs, running a cable is not going to happen. It was with a heavy heart I had to choose the wireless.
