no picture and tv shuts off

i have a lg 50pn4500 it flashes the led 3x then i get sound for 2 seconds but no pic and then it shuts off. when i unplug the zsus from the power board the sound stays on.

Sounds like it's likely a bad power board. That's a newer TV though right? Should still be under warranty I'd think.

its fairly new the warranty is conveniently up as of last month . almost seems as isn if lg had intended this this happen.

Extended warranties on TV's are the one and only things I buy extended warranties for. Worth every penny every dang time.

I would still call LG support. They might throw you a bone. Worst they can do is say no. And if there's a repair center close, the repair should most definitely be cheaper than a new TV.

If you are out of warranty we can set the service no problems at all, but there would be a service fee charge of 89.00$ Diagnostic + for a minor issue 150.00$ or for a major issue 225.00$ ( that already included the 89.00$, for example: 89.00$ + 61.00$=150.00$ ) + Parts.

We can also try to locate a service center close by you that you can call and check how much it would be with them if you would like another route.
