My build:

Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler or Enermax T40 (Was told it would be enough, plus other forums and youtube videos)

RAM: G.skill 16GB DDR3-1866 or G.Skill SNIPER Series Memory Arbeitspeicher 16GB (1600MHz, 240-polig, 4x 4GB, CL9) DIMM DDR3-RAM Kit < this has 4 ram sticks so it'll have to go into 4 slam slots.?

Harddrive: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Solid State Drive: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Opitcal Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Power Supply: XFX ProSeries (Black Edition) 750W Fully Modular 80+ Gold Power Supply - P1-750B-BEFX or EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Case: NZXT H440 Mid Tower Chassis Cases

Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 980 (Waiting until it is released)

Solution
Looks good! - 2x8GB is a better choice, it's less stress on the MC (memory controller) and ever so slightly faster, looks like a lot of us are waiting for the 980's ;)

Also which power supply should i go with and cpu cooler above?
And shall i go with this ram:

EDIT: GUYS will this RAM BE good as it is only 1600mhz and not 2400mhz < as it can increase voltage and MC u say
