An Unidentified Restart

Hi All,

I am a Bunch Gamer,

I had a PC with AMD A10 5800K, 4GB RAM, 500GB+80GB HDD.

When I am Playing a Medal of Honor War Fighter and it's automatically Restarts when first mission starts in the Game.

Only this occurs when I play medal of Honor Game.

please help, what to do?

well first what is your power suply? what are your cpu temps like? other games you play

may be the minimum one, I mean basic power supply. cpu temps I cant check it getting restarted no option to check.

well then the power suply is important open up your pc to check hte label and tell me the model number

Its a normal 230V or 250V one

no i need the model number which should be on the side somwhere it is rather important in determining if it is at fault

Judging by its very low output on the 5v rail unpulated pcb among other factors it could be the problem

testing it with a power suply that is know to work do you have a freind who has known good power suply who you can borrow it from? otherwise you will just have to buy one

no not another unit from the same manufacture either one from a pc made by a big oem like hp dell, or a unit made by corsair, seasonic, xfx, antec, fractal, evga,

so you are telling me to check with high power out put right?

if say I have using two psu's of 450w is that work?

no i mean a unit of high QUALITY as i think its the low quality of the unit that is causing restarts

to test with a high quailty psu just use the high quailty one to power it and run somthing like unigine vally (here http://teachinghistory.org/history-content/ask-a-histor...) with prime 95 (montior temptatures as it will get your system quite tosty) and see if it does not reset, if it does not then it was the power supply

so you want to test me with prime 95, as it shows me the solution ah?

run a cpu and a gpu benchmark together, this will cause your pc to draw large amounts of power and generate a large amount of heat creating a worst case scenario, and if it is indeed the PSU that is causing your pc to restart, if you swap the power supply it should pass this test without an issue
