Buying a best value for money graphics card below 50$

hello all friends..
my problem is that i want to upgrade my pc with a decent graphic card but i don't know which will suit my PC which ranges 40$-50$

i heard that this site has very good experts so i expect that u will all help me out.. plz
my PC specifications are:

Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
2.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)
Mother Board Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. G31M-ES2L (Socket 775)
internal video memory is 256
chip type Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family (Gigabyte)


I want to play games on my PC so i want a graphic card which is cheap & suits to my pc specifications and i am first time buying this so i don't know much about it..
so i request to u all plz help me in this regards. i will be very thankful to u..

TBH i'd save up for a better gpu low end cards ~100$ usually have poor Price/performance ratio. i used to have a R7 240 and i got like 30-40 fps on low in war thunder so :\
