Hi guys I'm running the following specs ( cpu i3 3220, h61 mb,4gb ram, R9 270 oc , vs 650w psu , 1tb hd , phillips 202el screen) now to my question if I add 4gb ram. Will I see performance increase on the system and games ?

the only thing that you will see a difference in when adding RAM is the amount of tasks your computer can comfortably handle at once.

Yes you'll see a performance increase in system while multitasking. No you won't see much difference in gaming, at most a couple FPS.
