I closed my browser and the computer went to a blue screen and shut down. When it restarted, two pop ups and up: "MotoHelper Service has stopped working,"and " Avira has stopped working " And the computer says it's connected to the internet, but no websites load. I'm not sure if all these things a are related to the internet issue, but I mentioned it just in case.
