State pressure is for heatsink/ radiators mainly, Use Air flow series for fans on case, SP only if you think the spot is very tight and there's not enough space for CFM to work optimally.

static pressure is really good for pushing/pulling air through radiators and obstructions, while airflow are good for lots of air moving, but are more for use in non obstructed mounts.

i wouldn't. if you really wanted to get great performance, i would stick with whatever the cooler comes with, or get a noctua fan that matches the size and whether it is sp or af, like the 212 comes with.

You definately don't need more fans. 5 fans can lift off a little aircraft, your case airflow is fine.
You can replace the CM fans with Noctuas for quietness though.

i was thinking of getting noctuas to start with but the color put me off (went for aesthetics over performance) i like the corsair for the blue rings as my build is blue theme

You don't actually need af heatsink fans then, stock cooler ones are pretty fine performance wise. Adding ones for asthetics won't add any performance but you can surely go for them for their looks. Noctuas are quieter so they're usually the ones which replace stock heatsink fans :)

Blade Masters outperform both of those corsair fans in both airflow and static pressure and they are cheaper. You're just wasting money on the Corsair fans IMHO
