My pc shut down after start up and wont turn back on

I recently came back from a week vacation and really excited to use my pc again. But after the start up my pc just shut down. So i pressed the power button. But now nothing happens. My monitor is working though. I have fx-4100 4gb ram r6850 and 500-600 true rated psu.

Im new to tomshardware sorry but my mobo is m5a78l-m lx not sure with my psu. But it says cooler master ex2treme 525. Im trying to reseat everything now. Hope something happens.

Im sorry. I dont whats wrong. Only now that i found this out. But even before. It was still working. I noticed something though. My mouse is still plugged. In my cpu. And it has a led light. And it keeps turning on and off. So i tried to turn my pc on when my mouse light is on. And it did. I guess it has something to do with not using my pc for a week.
