Okay so I am looking for a good gaming pc that I am going to build I already got some stuff but here it is.

CPU: i5 3570K 3.4Ghz (Turbo 3.8GHZ) LGA 1155
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 11 LP CPU Cooler
Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Superclocked
HardDrive: WD Red 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
MotherBoard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Motherboard
Power Supply: CORSAIR CXM series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 SLI CrossFire 80+ Power Supply
Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64 bit)
I'm getting a random Optical Drive and a case with a side panel.

Can any of you tell me if this will get me good FPS on any game? I wasn't a fan on the CPU but I had to lower the price to fit the budget.
If you guys can recommend anything cheaper besides the Graphics card, Harddrive, Operating system and Optical drive that would be awesome, thanks!

What do u mean the mobo is not compatible with the CPU? dont get the CPU you listed, its old and that platform is dead. Intel does not manufacture the cpu u listed and same with the mobo no one manufactures the mobo anymore.

Okay is the i7 3770K 3.5Mhz compatible with that MOBO? The CPU is a LGA1155 so I don't think it would, but the one that you listed would work fine?

Hold on did you buy the CPU already? go for a LGA 1150 platform like the one i listed, LGA 1155 is dead.

Yup, they go perfectly. You can get a core i7 4790k, if you have the money.

Your cpu cooler is inadequate. You need one with a 120mm Fan. A bigger tower. Etc. What case are you hoping to use.
