I have set "NEVER" to go to sleep, also set "NONE" for Screen Saver, but still goes off to sleep every time I walk away from my laptop for a couple minutes (thou I haven't actually timed yet).

What else I can do to stop from going to sleep???

Is your laptop plugged?
You can have different settings for plugged and unplugged.

Yes, it is plugged, you mean "Plugged in" and "On battery"?
On battery: 1 hour for all the settings
Plugged in: NEVER for all the settings

My laptop is at work, and it's ALWAYS plugged in...

If it's a work lapto, it likey has a policy that sets when it locks. You can check for a chipset, power manager and BIOS update for the system also.
