Hey guys.
I'd like to start off by saying that I just love these forums, I always found answers without needing to ask anything.
Not this time though :(
BTW sorry if I posted in a wrong place...
So, I have a ~7 year old PC that was working fine to this day and was fast enough to satisfy my needs ( mainly surfing the net, text editing, some Photoshop and cod 4)
Yesterday while I was on Skype my PC randomly shut off. And when trying to restart it was in some strange start up loop. It will start up for 1 sec (fans, hardwrive, power lights) and then it would loop forever. I made a video that might make it more clear.
My guess is that it's related to CMOS as my PC had trouble remembering the date and time after every boot up for a few days.
Here are my specs:
Core 2 duo e6550 @2.33ghz
2gb ddr2 ram
8800gs 380mb
500 watt Asus PSU
Asus p5b motherboard.
