How do you undo a Firmware Update on a Razer Blackwidow 2013 Keyboard?

I did a Windows Update and one of the suggest updates was one for my keyboard. I did it and it installed a Razer Synapse system on my computer. It in turn updated my firmware. Now it keeps running macros at random unless I go into Gamer Mode and even then the G,H,A,T, 9 and 3 do not work which insidently are the keys that are Macroing.

I tried to download version 1.08 which was the version that worked before but when I run it it says that my keyboard is not attached.

I tried holding the FN key when plugging it in to put it in bootloader mode but it still does not work.

Any help would be great.

I did contact them before I made this post. I did not get an answer for 3 days and is the reason I posted. Thanks any ways.
