Windows "Flag button" "Key disabled"

So basically, I can't use "windows flag"+ D to get to the desktop, or any other shortcuts involving that button.
A small message appears that says "Key disabled" when I try.
It has worked before, but not for some time now.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, I am an idiot. I had my keyboard on gaming state, so it was disabled by default...
