Im trying to connect my new PC to the internet.

Am i right in thinking that if I buy this access point (link below), then I can wirelessly connect it to my BT Hub 3, then use an ethernet cable from the access point to my Pc, connecting my PC to the internet.

Will this work?

It "should" work. This is not really a access point in the way that term is used. This device is a repeater. It says it can connect to other devices in non WDS mode which means it should be able to connect to any wireless source. Problem is this some times is not real standard and you may have to do setting to the BT hub.

It would likely be easier to buy a USB nic card.
