Level 1 is 100% but try level 3 first and if it doesn't work try level 2 and then level 1

Yes, as close as you can get to level 5 the better but don't worry about putting close to level 1 if your temperatures are ok

Level 5 is not stable.I tested it. Going to test level 4. Is a voltage of 1.350 for the cache (44) safe ? Temps at idle are low 30s and with OCCT stretch test about 68-72 the highest. Im gonna try with level 4 LLC.

Corsair Hydro H100i.

Level 4 failed. I lowered the vcore to 1.245v and still @4.4ghz with cache multiplier @4.4 well with a 1.350 cache voltage.

Idles are low 30s and prime95 low 70s. Is this good ? LLC is at level 1.

Try level 2 and if it works try lowering the voltage down as far as you can from 1.35 until it's no longer stable and then leave at what ever stable voltage you get from that. 70c is a bit hot, don't push the Vcore past 1.35v because it can be very risky. I am going to sleep now because it''s 2am where I live but I will be back tomorrow if you still need help, good luck.
