Can I build computer on yoga mat?

Solution
I just use a sheet of cardboard on a desktop, have for hundreds of builds. A yoga mat should be fine but you should still touch the case/PSU to ground yourself before doing stuff and avoid touching the contacts on components as much as possible.
Sitting on the floor would kill my knees/back, but then I'm old and don't do yoga.

I dont do yoga I just have it for push ups and sit ups. I just dont want to do on my floor.
