When I try to turn my computer on, all I get is a split second of fans spinning, then it loses power. Reseating ram, cpu and power cables did nothing. The paperclip test worked, as did shorting the power switch at the motherboard, but only when the 24 pin power cable wasnt connected. I have had a few issues with stability for a few days now. What is most likely causing this? Thanks for any help.
