Blue Screen Errors OnBoot Up?!?!

Ok so I have been having this problem for about a week now. When I start up my computer it automatically goes to the blue screen and then restarts and goes back into the blue screen and so on. I cannot access my computer at all( not even in safe mode). I have tried tons of things that people have suggested on the internet and nothing so far has worked.

It has the BSOD code of 0x50
I have tested all the equipment like the RAM, GPUs, etc and nothing seems to be broken so at this point I think it is something that corrupted on my hard drive so I am thinking I need to wipe it and reinstall everything. Only problem is I got the OEM version of windows so I think I am going to have to buy it again. One last thing, if anyone has a better suggestion about what I should do please let me know and if anyone knows what would be the best program to use to wipe it I would like to know. Any help is appreciated but please take note as to what I have already done( like don't comment and tell me to "test your RAM because it might be broken" because like I said above I have already done).

If its the same DVD you used before and it uses the same key (and if its the same computer you installed this OEM version on before) it should be fine. And should activate

You can install it as many times as you want as along as the above applies.

I have tried using command prompt to boot in safe mode and it will not work. Ok so if I get a new windows 7 and install it, it will wipe the HDD?

No I had to use command prompt because holding down F8 does not bring up a menu to run in safe mode it just launches my BIOS.

In that case you have to select the bootdisk hold down F8 again. Or reboot hold down F5 I think it is..

Thats because it's an ASUS mobo

F8 brings up the bootdisk screen as well as safe mode after you select the bootdisk and hold F8 down again. On ASUS mobos.

Ok so I got to where I can reinstall windows. There is a option that you can choose that delete all the data from the old HDD and installs it but It says I do not have enough available space to start the install. That doesn't make much sense...if it's supposed to delete everything then why does it need more space?? So what now? Do I need to wipe the HDD then try again?

And where are you?? You cant install windows from within windows. Since youre using the hdd

You need the windows DVD, then you have to boot from it, (change the bootdisk in the BIOS to DVD). Save settings then boot from the DVD, press a key, when it says to

Then you'll get to the setup screen, then you can format the hdd then reinstall windows

No sorry I put in windows installation disk and booted from my Disk Drive. From there it gives me the options to either upgrade windows and keep the data from the current HDD or Delete data from the HDD and upgrade it. That's where is tells me I don't have enough space.

Since I have the OEM edition and I already installed it once I have to get a new copy correct?

Oh ok well hopefully this works I am currently installing it. Thanks for all your help and I will let you know what happens.
