So I am trying to purchase a new desktop in the price range of 700-800$ (don't want to spend more than 800). The only thing I will be using this PC for is gaming (with a side of writing essays and surfing the web).

Whats important to know is that the only game I will be playing is World of Warcraft: WoD. This is an mmorpg, so it does not require much and I would like to run it on high settings. My last best buy pc for 550$ ran it just fine.

A few people were nice enough to give me custom builds, but I don't know much about parts, brands and performance, so I am asking you to please criticize the builds and tell me if i should change some parts, or maybe make a better build.

Build 1: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1889061/amd-budget-g...
This build is cheap, under 600$. So I am very happy with the price, but are the parts good enough? WoW is all i'm going to play

Build 2: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JTJPvK

And the third most promising build:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($88.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Dual-X Video Card ($188.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($86.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $795.91

Thanks guys ad please let me know what you think

The first link seems to be broken...

The second build is not cost efficient for your purposes.
The AMD FX CPUs are weak relative to the cost for WoW, and for all MMOs really. Even the FX-8320 won't beat the i3-4130 in any MMO. So, really not a good idea to get an AMD CPU for WoW.

The third build is great in every area.
