I'm planning to buy Corsair VS550 (550 Watts). I'm not sure if it is enough on my system build...

Mobo: MSI A88X G-45
CPU: AMD A10-7850K
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X 1866 (2x4GB)
GPU: MSI R7 265 (1x)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO (1x)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB (1x)
Other: 6 pieces of 120 mm fan and 2 pieces LED strip lights

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yes. No problem. The APU and gfx card are well withing the specs of that PSU.

yes its fine, although i ont know why you would buy an APU only to then add a dedicated gpu. would be better of just getting a more powerful cpu like an fx6300 and having a dedicated gpu.

It's at the bottom of Corsairs lineup in terms of quality , but is sufficient to run your specs.

Adding dedicated GPU increases the performance of APU. You can also upgrade GPU to a higher model, but I guess a higher PSU wattage is also needed, especially upgrading to R9 model.

No it doesn't. If you would have gotten a gfx card with the same GPU as the APU's on-die GPU, you could have set up Dual Graphics. That would have gotten you something akin to CrossfireX.
But with an R7-265, you will have to choose between the on-die GPU or the dedicated card. If you plug your monitor into the MB video port you will be using the weaker APU's graphics. If you Plug your monitor into the dedicated card, you will be using the R7-265's GPU. You can't use both for the same display.

If you use the dedicated card, the APU's GPU will idle. That will help lower temps and give you a little more temp headroom, but it won't increase the APU's performance.

Hi! Thank you for this information.
I also read somewhere that AMD Kaveri Dual Graphics only works with Radeon R7 240 and R7 250.
To be able to use Dual Graphics, I guess I have to buy the R7 250 instead.
Can also use Mantle while running Dual Graphics?

From my own personal experience with Dual Graphics, I would suggest staying away from a Dual Graphics arrangement. Stay with a discrete card. Dual Graphics isn't recognized on every game and even when it is, the performance increase is not as much as it would be with CF.
I experimented with a A10-5800K and an HD 6670 in DG mode. Most games didn't see any improvement and those that did were disappointing.

Hi, I really appreciate your advice. But still, I'll stick with my APU build.
I'll start a new thread after testing my build.
Thank you so much. :)

I wasn't suggesting that you do away with your APU build. I was just suggesting that you forgo the dual low-end gfx solution and opt for a single mid range card instead. It will be faster at gaming. You can try the R7-250 in DG mode with the A10-7850K's R7 graphics, but I don't think you'll be satisfied. A R9-270/270X will be much faster.
