Solution
Try downloading LOOT and running that to sort your load order, even without mods, it may be your load order that's causing the game to crash. http://loot.github.io/

Edit: Also, have you validated the game cache of Skyrim through Steam? If not, just open up Steam, right click on Skyrim, select properties and navigate to the "local files" tab, in there you should see an option to validate the game cache.

650 gold rated nice, i wasn't using 650 watts on my old system and cpu and gpu were overclocked, i have heard of people with skyrim using some insane amount of ram, that would cause the system to crash

As I said upthread, there was an issue with Skyrim being unable to address more than 4GB of RAM and crashing when it tried to do so, but that should be fixed, but if you're running an older version, it may not have been patched out.
