AMD Fx-8350 hitting 67 Degrees Celsius when it is running 100% with stock fan. Is this WAY to much. I'm kinda scared...

Any help is great guys!

Solution
Actually if it is hitting 67C its actually well within the safety limits. 80C is the point to start worrying. Given stock coolers just barely get the job done usually, 67C I would think is better than you should of expected.

Ok Awesome! I was worried because some websites just said don't go above 60. Didn't want my new PC to blow up :) Thanks again!

Thanks. But it says my thermal margin is 55 C. Any suggestions on what that means?

That has to be at idle...and it means you have substantial thermal headroom. Crank-up the stability test to 100%-load and it will likely drop to the 18-20C range.

I would not trust any temp readings other than AOD and the 'Thermal Margin' -- I also would not trust anyone who says 67C (up to 80C) is okay as AMD has never officially released a number and calculates its thermal profile in a different manner than Intel.
