You need an amp/receiver with an RCA output for the subwoofer (since it's an active one), and that amp doesn't have that output:

That's only the case with PC speakers, most subwoofers only have an amp for the subwoofer itself, not the other speakers.

2.1 is usually PC speakers. Most home theater runs 5.1.

Yep - my advice is to go with the Logitech. Simpler and cheaper.

Yes, it has an RCA out for the subwoofer and it can handle 4-16 ohm speakers (the ones you linked are 6 ohms):
