Hi Guys
So my HP All In One got sent to factory for repair under warranty. They replaced whatever stock was to American Trends motherboard. Now my computer crashes but stays on. Whatever is on screen goes to black or I get a blue error screen iwith technical jumble I cant figure out. Says about starting in Safe Mode and updating driver software. It still crashes. HP wont help because as of a month ago its out of warranty. I check Windows Update for drivers and it says its fine. Obviously I have ZERO knowledge of this stuff. I have seen similar questions with reinstalling windows. I don't have a disc as this was pre installed. Any suggestions? Thanks
