Of you have a locked Intel CPU, there is no point getting a Z97 unless you plan on getting an unlocked CPU in the future.

If you want the GTX 760 then get it. And you get an extra feature by Nvidia, Shadowplay, allows you to record gameplay.
Try this instead, it comes with an SSD.

P.S. Just slap a PCI Express wireless network card if you game wirelessly. But keep in mind if you have a chance to connect to the Ethernet, by all means do it as it is much faster.
