I have a couple of Amazon Fire TVs that I want to install xbmc on. I've read through the tutorial and the only thing I don't have experience with is step 2 of the section I've posted below. Could someone give me an idea of what this does? Is this a temporary change or something I will need to undo?
I am using a Win 7 64bit machine.
1 Find the extracted winadb folder containing adb.exe, and copy the complete folder path
2 Add the copied path to your PATH environmental variable in Windows System Properties
3 Follow the below instructions to complete the installation of XBMC
