I have a Dell XPS 420 Core 2 Quad that's been a great working with adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro over the years. I gave it an upgrade and now i get screen black outs while working with the adobe programs.
I upgraded from Windows Vista x86 4GB RAM to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 8GB RAM
replaced the ATI radeon hd 3650 with the XFX R7 260X with a Corsair CX600M PSU
I get the AMD/ATI Video Driver has stopped working properly message. I have searched for solutions and did as followed with uninstalling everything associated with the video card and re-installing. I also installed the R7 260X card on a different PC and works great with no problem. What can be the problem? Please help.

Remove the drivers restart the computer. Do not allow windows to do any updating then download and install the latest drivers directly from amd and test it out again
