Does anyone know what is it ? In Manual I do not see it. Right next to SLI/CFX switch to the left

Is it thermo sensor jack ?

Nevermind, indeed it's not in manual but looking at my own picture I see T_SENSOR under it to the left a bit going from bottom to the top writing.

hey, this could be the answer to a huge mystery I have. you are quite right in that there is a T1_sensor in the bios and ai_suite software, but it's listed as N/A like it's not connected. I couldn't find the plug in for the T1_sensor and asus must have overlooked putting it in the manual. I am betting it's for the T1_sensor and you can plug in the thermistor cable included with the board in the slot. There are also 3 more 2 pin plugs for the thermistor cable on the included mini fan card. I currently have my fan card attached to the back of my mobo tray and the thermistor cable plugged in there. It works and is giving me readings of my hard drives (where I have placed the end of my thermistor cable).

I did , not I see readout from it. I decided to put it as Ambient Temp sensor but instead of outside, I did "Inside a case Temperature" , I put actual sensor (end part) of it suspended in the air in the middle of the case
