First of all i have little knowledge on pc tech, but this is my first pc build.I was told to buy a gtx750 ti but found a real nice deal on a 670.

I bought this computer http:// on a friends recommendation. wondering if a gtx 670 would be able to run on this thing.i am aware i have to buy a new psu tho.Im hoping to run games with steady fps and mid/high graphics.

Specs:
Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz
4GB DDR3 1600
16GB MAX Memory Capacity
1TB 7200RPM
350W Power Supply

Oh yes, the PSU is the problem, and yes the games will run from mid to high graphics. GTX 670 is a decent card. Also you should upgrade your ram into 8Gb.

CPU for future upgrade if you have enough money.

So a simple psu upgrade would allow gtx 670 to run without hassle on the current pc build? I do plan on making future upgrades slowly but im experimenting right now since im a noob.
Im seeing the i can get sapphire radeon hd 7950 for $100 or gtx 670 for $150 which is the better option.

Based on that review GTX 670 will outperform the 7950 (R9 280), it depends on what can you afford, both cards are decent.

For the CPU, it is not the best CPU to pair with this cards but at the moment when you are saving for your upgrade, your CPU will do good but not quiet well.

My pleasure.
150$ sounds a good deal. You also have a decent upgrade path there. :)
Heads up always. :)
