I've been looking at low income gaming pc builds and I've been wondering if this one is any good for a low end gaming pc. The total cost is $541
Case
(iBUYPOWER ARC 647 Gaming Chassis)
Motherboard & Processor
(AMD FX-4300 CPU)
Operating System
(Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit Edition)
Memory
(8GB G.Skill Ripjaws)
Hard Drive
(500GB 7200RPM Hard Disk Drive)
Graphics Card
(NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 1GB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card)
Accessories
(120mm LED Fan (Desktop BYO Accessories), Red)
Optical Drive
(24X DVD+/-RW DL Optical Drive)

You can get a better pc if you build it yourself, I can post a build if you're interested.

That PC would be ok for low end gaming, but as I said you can get a much better pc if you buy the components separately and assemble it yourself. Building a pc is actually quite simple to do, all you need is a screwdriver. There's no soldering or anything of the like involved.

I agree with RazerZ - it isn't a bad machine - but you can do better at a similar cost.

I don't really have the time to build a pc due to school and some family issues. Do you think it could run Assassin's Creed Unity on low? I'm just looking for a something that can play games I enjoy on low graphics atleast.

It might take you a couple of hours max. If you can follow instructions properly the first time you should be done in an hour. Are you sure you can't build it yourself?

Yes that build can play those games at low settings around 30fps.

I couldn't build it with my schedule. Maybe for 30 minutes on the weekend, but even then that's not enough time and I'm a bit OCD about what I do, but I could always try. What was the build you were offering to tell me earlier? Do you think you could PM me the build as well? I'm not getting my notifications as I should be.

if you dont have more than 30 mins to spare to build the pc, how are you going to find time to play games?
maybe just buy a ps4.....it will run games better than that build.

That is an excelent point LOL

And as others have said, for $550 you can get a better CPU and video card if you build it yourself. The issue with those budget "gaming" systems is that their "gaming" definition is "look at me, I am a computer with a cool looking case!" instead of "I have fast components". They cheapen out on video cards to price them cheap but the cards they include are often not even low end gaming cards.
