Define "Good"
"Good" to most means satisfying your goals to a substantial level .... "However "good for the money" is how most people judge things.
The X1 scores 76 to 80 C marks here overclcoked compared to the stock cooler's 102 - 104 (-26C) with a noise of 47 dbA

The Hyper 212 does almost as well thermally and about the same acoustically. SO why woukld peeps buy the X41 for all that extra money ? I have no idea, personally I see no use for angle 1200/140mm AIO water coolers. They cool a little better perhaps than the 212 tho not as good as say a Phanteks PH-TC14-PE.
But mot peeps say that is not why they bought them .... most common reasoning is
-it takes a huge weight of the MoBo (and adds pump vibration)
-it clears RAM (so does the Hyper 212)
-they don't like the look of big blocks of aluminum.
If those are your goals, then the X41 will satisfy those goals, then it's a good cooler choice.
If you goal was to get those noise and thermal levels, than the X41 is a good cooler choice.
If your goal was to get the maximum "bang for the buck" from a strictly sound and thermal perspective, then I can't say the X41 or any other single fan AIO is a good choice. If you wanted to spend $100 and get the best cooling available I would have bought a Cryorig R1 Ultimate.
