Stuttering problem in Windows 8 ..

My laptop's CPU and RAM usage dont even cross 50% each , but I get alot of stuttering in youtube videos , while playing songs , while playing games ... It didnot happen initially when I installed Windows 8 ... Infact FIFA 13 ran at max settings perfectly smoothly ... My CPU temps are 50 to 55 degrees ...

It could be the way the video is played in firefox as it may use a different video encoder. I am not an expert on videos but I would use chrome form youtube as it is a better browser in my opinion.

Any yes heat can cause stuttering although I don't think thats the reason why the videos stutter.

Intel Core i3 3110M , 4GB DDR3 RAM , Intel HD 4000 ...

Also , does overheating cause stuttering ?? My temps go up to 65 degrees when I start FIFA .. And I mainly notice stuttering when I have firefox running .. It generally consumes 420MB or so .. I have kaspersky addons along with acrobat , two video downloaders and adblock plus enabled ... But the strange thing is that chrome has all these addons enabled except one downloader , but no stuttering in youtube ... Can this be a problem of flash player ???
