Able to install O.S but when i remove the O.S DVD or Cd... My OS get curept .. PC gets restarted.. Automatically.

Hardware :- P4, 864 Motherboard, IDE 80 Gb H.D.D,

Could be bad RAM or motherboard or the hard drive, especially for a P4 system. Check the capacitors make sure they are all good, also try running on one stick of RAM at a time or try different modules. Lastly try a new hard drive.
