i have this power supply "Cooler Master ATX 12v v2.3 .. product no : RS-400-PSAR-I2" since july 2013
is this power enough for this gpu "Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 OC 2GB GDDR5"
and this table was on my power

A gtx 650 needs 400W and 20A on the 12V rail. Get a good single rail PSU eg seasonic m12ii 520 ($67 @ newegg)
