Hey guys,

Im looking for a good gaming mouse to use from now on. Looking for a durable one, with a nice grip and everything else xD   not much of a fan of multiple buttons since im not a hardcore gamer tho...

As for my preferred size? something like this? or close enough...would be nice

Thats the exact same mouse I've been using for the last 4 years xD just broke down a few months back. Has the most comfortable feel to it while playing a few FPS and Online MMO games.

So yeah help me out pls? I dont really have a budget for this so im pretty much open for opinions (dont hold back for suggestions) xD

I've used tons of different mice with varying results from various manufacturers:

- EVGA TorqX
- Roccat Kone Pure
- Thermaltake Level 10
- Corsair Vengeance M95
- Various Logitech mice
- Mad Catz R.A.T. 5

Out of all of those I heavily recommend the Mad Catz, EVGA, and especially the Corsair M95 out of all of them. The Corsair M95 might be my favorite out of all of the above.

I have the M95, really nice mouse, I couldn't break it if I tried. If you're going for less buttons, the M65 would also be a good option. Steelseries has some really nice, simple mice, too, I'd take a look at those.

You could try a trackball. It's more ergonomic, can be used in a smaller desk area, more precise and quicker than a mouse.

Once you go track, you never go back!

Happy track balling, the Prisoner...

That's a HUGE mouse. I don't think they make mice that big.

It's a big picture, the mouse isn't that big. As for a trackball, they just don't have the same quality or precision as a standard mouse.

Graphic designers/CAD users would disagree with you on the quality and precision.

It is definitely more precise at low speeds, but for gaming you don't have the same amount of control as a normal mouse.

I guess you haven't used a decent trackball then. It's so much quicker it's ridiculous especially compared to the average mouse he is considering.
