Memory Speed Problem

Solution
PC3 - It's DDR3 memory
17000 - effective theoretical top speed of 17,066 MByte per second. This comes from
Bus speed: 266? Mhz.
DDR3: Transfers at 4x bus speed, on both rising and falling clocks, means 8x bus speed in transfers / sec. 2,133? Mega Transfers / second.
Eight bytes per transfer: 8 x 2133? Mega = 17066? MegaBytes / second

Real throughput will be nothing close to that.
