hello my pc specs are
i3 2120@ 3.3 ghz
dual channel 2x4 8 gb ddr3 ram twinmos 1333 mhz
Sapphire dual X R9 270 oc 2gb ddr5
Asus p8 h61mlx3 r2.0
so will my pc can acheive better performance than ps3 and xbox 360 plz reply

This is a complicated question. In terms of raw specs, yes, your computer is superior to last-gen systems. The thing to remember though is that you run an operating system on top of whatever games you're playing, and that's going to consume resources. Second, console developers learn how to pull every last ounce of performance from a console over its lifespan, since they can develop with more low-level optimization since the system specs don't change and you don't have to make sure it'll run on whatever toaster you can shove a GPU into.
