windows 8.1 and ssd

recently upgraded my pc getting windows 8.1 and samsung 840 evo. At first everything was fine for a few days but now it black screens blue screensa and restarts frequently. does anyone know of any reasons why this is happening? all help and comments appreciated.

Try the latest 14.7 RC3 drivers on your graphics card, and do a memory test to be sure your ram is OK also. Use Display Driver Uninstaller for that

Faulty graphics driver , corrupted files , bad PSU not supplying juice to your components, faulty RAM modules .. you are too vague ... I have a PC it blue screens .. what`s causing it ? ...

sorry for no info XD. My pc isnt a new build i build it about 2 years ago but just recently got the new ssd and windows 8.1. the rest of my specs are, gigabyte 7970, asus v gen, 2x4gb vengeance ram, XFX Core 850W Fully Wired 80+ Bronze. Think thats all ^^

sorry i haven't had a chance to do much testing but i think i have found the solution. So as i said i recently installed windows 8.1 plus my new ssd and with going through tests tonight i have found out there was an error with my cpu. I previously overclocked my cpu almost 2 year ago and havent really changed anything but as soon as i reverted back the stock no errors. this time i went and overclocked to the same but went through everything to double check and has been fine all night with no errors unlike the first time it showed an error straight away. Feel a bit of an idiot but happy to have found the possible cause ^^. thanks for your help and if i run into any problems later down the line i shall use what you have suggested.
