As domain admin in my corporate network I can print every pdf and every other files. But users on a domain cannot print some pdf's, they can print Word and Excel files. When they try to print, the printers get sucked with some error and need to be restarted. The same documents as a domain admin I can print them with no problem, tried from different machines. All printers are served from the print server where everything is correctly set up and all new drivers are present. Any idea why this is happening. We are using Windows AD 2008, and Windows 7 64-bit.

We have XEROX 6500 and XEROX 7428 printers. The error messages on the printers are: 123-314 and 116-324

But those errors related to some "queue stuck" are only present if domain user prints. Domain admins can print the documents with no errors. Maybe this is related with some Adobe permission problems? But also the domain users can print some pdf documents without any problem or error.

Also when this occurs the printers needs to be restarted and the print queue needs to be cleaned, because the printer always tries to print the document and gets stacked again and again after restart.

Finally I solve the problem with replacing the .PCL6 driver and installing the .PS drivers for the Xerox printers. Now everything prints and works fine.
