I'd go second one. None of them will play high end games except at maybe 720p-medium, but the pentium is by far the fastest once you get it up to 4.4 GHz.

I am just going to guess and say that this is a pure gaming PC, correct? if that is the case, then what settings would you want to play at, and at what resolution? Also, would you mind if I changed and rearranged parts, or are these the only parts you can currently buy (local PC store?)?. This is what I would recommend, because those builds would not be enough for high-end gaming. I tried to keep within your average budget (Around 15K Pesos, converted to around $400 American Dollars), but for $400, I would highly just recommend buying a PS4. Either that, or increasing your budget a little bit. Also, what about Hard Drives, Case, and Power Supply?

EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card GTX 750 Ti ($150, 6678.75 Peso)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 ($40, 1781.00 Peso)
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz ($110, 4897.75 Peso)
MSI 970A-G43 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard ($70, 3116.75 Peso)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler ($35, 1558.38)
TOTAL- $405, 18032.13 Peso

With this setup you'll have a better GPU and CPU, and a bit of headroom for a light over clock on the CPU as well. Should be able to run most games on Med-High pretty well at 1920x1080. Even higher on lower resolutions. You could also upgrade to 8GB of ram for just ($40) 1781 more Pesos if you wish.

I agree with i7baby, for games you want to always prioritize the GPU over CPU, and that option is well balanced. Choice 3 is way to CPU intensive. Option 2 definitely the best.

Yeah basically, and if you're lucky, paired with that cooler (Not quite as good as a Hyper TX3, from the reviews) you can get that up to 4.6 GHz if you're lucky.
